So, Christmas is over for another year. I don't know about you but what I look forward to the most is the Boxing day sales. Who doesn't love a bargain? (Apart from the horrendous queues and cat fights over the last pair of size 3 suede knee high boots. Totally not talking from experience!) Personally I prefer to shop the sales from the comfort of my bed.

BLACK BLACK LAYERS
There is nothing I love more than stepping out the door in all black. Without hesitation I always reach for an item of clothing in a dark colour-way. Who doesn't? Whether it's in form of an accessory like an ankle boot or leather waist belt, or simple pair of black skinny jeans. I feel most at ease in some form of dark colour.
GESTUZ, OLIVIA PALERMO STYLE
I first spotted Gestuz at London Fashion Week sported by the one and only Olivia Palermo. (You can see how she styled her Gestuz sleeveless jacket, here.) And, well If it is good enough for Olivia herself then it sure is good enough for me! I have to admit I was hesitant when styling this jacket as I wanted to give it every justice it deserved so, pairing it with a black roll neck and midi skirt seemed to be the perfect partner for this stand out jacket.
Now which Gestuz purchase shall I make next? This chevron longline coat or this geometric knit..

CHRISTMAS GIFTING FOR HIM
COLLARS UP
First things first, how incredible is this coat? From the large out-there lapels to the soft waterfall front. Every aspect of this coat screams expensive. But let me tell you, I bagged this coat for a meer £69.99 which leaves you enough change for a matching scarf!
LONGER LINES
Another midi skirt to add to the collection you say? Hell yes! This grey brushed wool midi skirt is my latest addition and boy am I glad! Being a full A-line with a high rise waist this black roll neck is the perfect accompaniment.
FESTIVE GIFTING WITH BYSYMPHONY
CROPPED KNITS PAIRED WITH MIDI SKIRTS
I am partial to a midi skirt or two, despite being merely 5"3 I just love the sophistication of a calf length skirt. Especially when its black.. and from Topshop.. and what's even better is the price. (£36!) Fit for any purpose and don't forget every occasion. So, what's taken you so long!?
THE £200 FARFETCH GIVEAWAY
Yes, you heard that right, one of you lucky readers will be in with the chance of winning a £200 gift voucher to spend over at Farfetch! (I am insanely jealous right now as I could so do with putting the voucher towards my Sophia Webster shoe fund!)
BLACK FRIDAY, SUPER SUNDAY AND CYBER MONDAY DEALS
BLACK FRIDAY IS APON US!
What does the girl that already has everything, ask for Christmas? Once you hit full time employment and you start to earn your own money you are able to buy yourself what you like when you like.
TWO PIECE SUIT
Oh the two piece suit. For a start, who doesn't have one in their over following wardrobes? A suit is probably the most versatile item you can own; together or separate this suit already allows 3 looks in one. Sold? Of course you are.
ANOTHER TOPSHOP CAPE
I'm sorry if you've seen this outfit all over my Instagram, can you tell its a favourite of mine? I wore this outfit last week to a crazy amount of press days followed up by an evening with Molton Brown x Reward Style (who treated us to a lovely gift voucher, just in time for Christmas!) finishing off with an Agent Provocateur Christmas party.
COLOURED FAUX FUR, TAKE 2
THE PINSTRIPE COAT
BRUNCHING WITH FRIENDS
THE WRAP COAT
There is nothing I love more than wrapping up in a brand new Winter coat. This gorgeous dusty pink Wallis wrap coat is one I've been living in recently, the waterfall lapel is so elegant and the tie waist really draws your eye to the waist.
CAMEL V BURGUNDY
Burgundy and camel is not a colour-way I've ever sported before, why? I've been asking myself the same question.. The sleeveless knit was a bargain I picked up in Primark last week for a meer £12 (if burgundy isn't your colour it also comes in grey.)
THE ULTIMATE WINTER ACCESSORY
Yes, I'm talking about the cape/blanket cape. Fringed, piped checked or colour-blocked, no matter what the style this is one accessory that is guaranteed to make you stand out come Winter.
CRUISING
I've teamed up with Travel Bag Cruise today to bring you a versatile day-to-night outfit suitable to wear on board a cruise ship. For this look I've concentrated more on an evening look with a neoprene mini skirt featuring a sultry front split which I've paired perfectly with a nude stiletto heel. I've made this look totally day appropriate by teaming the look with an oversized knit making it suitable for the colder climate. Simply swap your heeled sandal for a pointed pump or leather slider and you've got your versatile number sorted!
BELTED
Belting a piece of knitwear, sleeved coat or oversized jacket is something I've been loving recently. I'm all about the oversized masculine look so adding a belt really draws in the waist and also adds a focal point to the outfit. You know I'm particle to a pair of culottes, I've also worn these here with the post amazing pair of court shoes.
PERFECT DAY
You all know by now I love myself a culotte. Neoprene, wrap front, awkward length, I just love them! Over the past few season I must have acquired roughly about 7 pairs, this Lavish Alice pair being my newest addition (I also have these in white for SS!) I've paired my "perfect day" pointed courts with this look to give this ensemble a stand out pop of colour.

THE MAXI CARDI
There is nothing I love more than wearing black, what girl doesn't? Adding a pop of colour in form of an accessory is the easiest way to perk up the darkest of outfits. Instead of a brightly coloured heeled sandal or pastel shopper I've gone with knitwear and tied this beautiful blue Gestuz maxi cardigan around my waist to break up the colour.
The buckled leather jacket and silver zips on the ankle boots perfectly polish off this edgy look
