A FASHION FIX 2015 OUTFIT ROUND UP

Merry Christmas! As we are getting to the end of the year I've been reflecting and starting to think about how far I've come and how much I've grown in the past 12 months. 2015 has been an amazing year for A Fashion Fix, I've grown in areas I didn't think were possible! Looking back at my favourite looks from the past 12 months and shown how much my style, my photography and even my writing, has improved massively-It's not until you take a post from January and put it next to my last to realise the drastic improvements. I'm so excited to take on a New Year; new trends, new goals and hopefully new achievements. With this in mind I've compiled my favourite looks of 2015; looks I loved wearing, photographing and most of all the outfits you loved too.

FAUX SUEDE ZAZULA BIKER JACKET

If there's one night of the year you need to get it right, its New Year's Eve. As I mentioned in my last New Year's instalment here I'm all about the classy and elegant approach which is where my love of black kicks in. If your in a "I've got nothing to wear" dilemma ~~which trust me, is an argument I have with myself every morning!~~ then a jumpsuit is going to suit that need; No more sweating over whether that sequin midi goes with that slinky cami because the work is already done for us.

This pussybow velvet jumpsuit by F&F is your no fuss solution (It's also half price in the sale, much to my disgust!) If the neckline is too high for your liking, make like myself and tie the bow loosely around your neck and bow at the back to give off an ooze of the 70's trend. The all black, velvet finish on the bottom half adds a small about of texture breaking up the two halves making our legs appear longer-score!

This killer box clutch and a pair of chic, but comfy heels like these just look at the gold detailing (with a wide leg jumpsuit no one will be looking at or seeing our feet so this is the best time to think savvy footwear!) The best thing about this look is you don't need to over accessories. Glam up your makeup as much as you like.

Shop your New Year's esssentials to finish off that look.

Yes, yes you can. Now I did think I'd go all bodycon for you in today's post but the almost 25 year old inside got the better of me. I've had my fair share of skin tight dresses which I've sported between the ages of 17-22 but now I prefer to adopt a more clothed approach to my nights out. Leaving my body con teenage days behind me I'm now into a more neutral and oversized palette.

So, if your looking for a classy and elegant outfit for your New Year's party this year I'd encourage a black two piece suit. I know you all own one, they're not just for work!

To achieve this look I'd highly recommend purchasing some tit tape to secure your blazer very neatly and securely to your chest-this stuff is amazing No mishaps here! If you're not feeling that brave or, are clumsy after a few too many like me then why not try a plunge front cami like this one giving you the same affect with extra security?

Layering is something I love to do, and I like to think it's something I'm relivatly good at. Today I'm not talking your usual coat over knit scenario although layering in Winter is my favourite, I'm talking layering white shirt's underneath eveningwear-I like to get the up most use out of every single peice in my wardrobe. You may remember this post where I wore this Boohoo co-ord. I loved the two peice so much together I've been trying to find ways of wearing it seperatly too. I love a cost per wear challenge!

Now, I know this look won't be everyone's cup of tea so if you are alittle skeptical of this kind of layering you could try a basic black cami like this on top of a white ribbed tee like this. If you are feeling brave then I dare you to try experimenting with a dress like this worn over the top of this!

As we are experimenting I think chosing something classic to wear on your bottom half is cruticial to pulling the look off. I'd opt for jeans and ankle boots or a pair of trainers like I've done.
