IT'S ALL ABOUT THE TEXTURE

It's unlike me to be unorganised when it comes to my blog. Usually I have at least 4-6 posts all drafted up and ready to go accompanied by an array of pre-planned outfits ready to shoot. But, for some reason  which I haven't managed to put my finger on yet, I just haven't got round to shooting recently. I'm starting a new job soon with Topshop in their Personal Shopping Department (heaven?) So I really need to think about getting my butt into gear, shoot and draft tonnes of looks so I can still post as usual even when I don't have the time.

I have to admit this outfit was slightly thrown together 10 minutes before we shot it. I won as ASOS gift card as part of Emma's giveaway last week and knew instantly I was going to purchase some PVC goodness! This ensemble underneath may seem black and some what bland but, it's full to the brim with textures; cottons, leathers, pvc vinyls, pony skin.. You name it, I'm wearing it! I've told myself I'm going to make more of a conscious effort with my hair and makeup so I've ditched the pony and gone for a side braid and a dark lip which I think sets the outfit off perfectly!
