As we all know the Cheltenham festival takes place annually in March, and what better opportunity for us ladies to get dressed up with our girlfriends and enjoy a glass or two of bubbly (and placing a bet or two). I usually end up betting on the horse with the best name in hope to win myself a new pair of Sophia Webster heels or that Zara outfit I've had my eye on since pay day..
If you think you have what it takes to enter, Ladbrokes are giving us all a chance to win tickets for two to attend the Cheltenham ladies day festival on March 13th. All you have to do to take part is create an outfit that you would wear to attend ladies day and why you chose the outfit. Easy huh? Just click here to enter! (Make it snappy, the compeition finishes 7th March!)
I've chosen a classic sequin two piece from Topshop's Limited Edition range, I'm a sucker for matching co-ords! I know stereotypically most will sway towards a body con midi number with a pair of skyscraper heels but I like to mix things up a bit. I've chosen the lemon yellow and accessorised with pale pinks and blues to tie in the pastel trend for S/S14. I've kept jewellery to a minimum with an elegant pair of pearl earrings. (As the two piece contains sequins and a metallic thread we don't want to go too OTT with jewellery.)
And well, it wouldn't be ladies day without a fascinator. Don't forget to vote for my entry!
This outfit would look amazing! The clutch is to die for.
