BEACONS PROJECT

This shirt isn't just your usual denim shirt, this shirt is part of a collection created by GANT as part of their Beacons Project. 

This shirt contains upcyled plastic and forms part of a vision for sustainability and a commitment to create timeless products with style and quality to last a lifetime. The Beacon's Project is GANT's commitment to build a more sustainable business and help clean up the world's oceans through collaboration with fishermen in the Mediterranean. 

165 million tons of plastic floats around in our oceans (can you believe that?) and with help of the Mediterranean fisherman GANT aim to upcyle it into the yarn for their shirts. 

Because the ocean's business is everyone's business.
