SHOP MY HOME WISHLIST

As you may already be aware, we're in the process of buying a house. I say process, we've sold our house and are frantically on the hunt for the dream abode. Anyway, with that said buying full priced designer isn't in my budget right now. Each purchase of mine at the moment has to be thoroughly thought through.

So when DESIGNER EXCHANGE got in touch and asked if I'd like to work with them I jumped at the chance. If you're not already familiar with the name, Designer Exchange buy and sell designer products. If you're in the market for a designer purchase but aren't ready to pay full price but would consider a second hand purchase, this is for you. If like me, you have some designer pieces to sell Designer Exchange will buy these items off you for cash or in exchange for a voucher to spend on site for a higher price. This is a similar process to the other websites out there that will sell your items for you, however Designer Exchange pay immediately regardless of a sell.

For me, this means I can send off my Gucci Dionysus that hasn't seen the light of day for a few years and pocket the cash immediately, or put the voucher towards another item I've had my eye on for a while without forking out any extra cash I should be saving for the house. Genius!

For this collaboration I was kindly given a voucher to spend at my own will. (However I will still be using their selling service as I have a lot of items gathering dust in my forever overflowing wardrobe!)

I purchased the Celine Trapeze bag and the Gucci lace Princetown loafers, both in immaculate condition as stated. The Gucci loafers actually hadn't ever been worn!

Chunky boots.
They are all I've lived in this Winter, especially since the Christmas break. They're warm, practical, and don't forget versatile. From dressed down with jeans and an oversized coat, or sized up with a silky midi and tights, make these your next purchase.

one PRADA, two GRENSON, three ATP ATELIER, four ZARA, five DR MARTINS, six & OTHER STORIES, seven TOPSHOP, eight NASTYGAL, nine EYTYS, ten GANNI.

Luggage has been fairly basic, until now. Gone are the days of the basic plastic carry on, luggage has just gone chic thanks to an exclusive limited collaboration with Jean Paul Gaultier? Don't mind if I do.

A unique luggage collection of 12 exclusive pieces in black or Burgundy, featuring a contrasting baby pink inner liner - classic Jean Paul Gaultier.

I'm using the J.P Gaultier Ampli Spinner (4 wheels) the perfect accompaniment for my trip to Amsterdam.

Finally, ELLERY is now available exclusively via The Outnet! Yes, you heard right. The moment we've all been waiting for! In anticipating for the launch, I teamed up with The Outnet to style 5 of my favourite Ellery picks. The silk-satin slip dress, The Inez shirt dress, The Mescaline ribbed turtleneck, The Runaways oversized cotton shirt and, a personal favourite of mine and perhaps the most recognisable of the lot - The Delores off the shoulder ruffled top.

Earlier this month I visited Florence thanks to I-escape and Auree, for a short, yet sweet and tranquil trip away. We stayed at Riva Lofts situated away from the hustle and bustle of central Florence. (Happily only a 5 stop tram ride into the centre making it the perfect location to pop in and out of town.) However, if public transport isn't your thing I'd recommend taking one of their bicycles for a scenic route into town. (There's a traffic-free cycle path making it perfect for someone who hasn't hopped on a bike since they were a child..)

Our apartment at Riva Lofts was stunning. The interiors were incredible, think polished concrete floors, muted colour-schemes and vintage furniture. The four poster bed being the main attraction, equipped with curtains to keep out the sun light if you're all about your sleep on holiday.

To celebrate the launch of the Auree Golden Age collection (which I've been wearing all around Florence, and beyond!) Auree has teamed up with I-escape to give one lucky winner £250 I-escape voucher and a £500 Auree jewellery voucher! Scroll down to the bottom of this post for entry details!

Simply enter this competition before midnight 30th November 2018 and you could win £500 to spend at Auree and £250 to spend with i-escape.

Thank you to Auree and I-escape for making my trip to Florence magical!

I'm off on holiday at the end of the week, at last! I've been gradually buying my Summer pieces since the Winter months and I've created quiet the collection. What I tend to struggle with the most with packing for a long weekend is cramming everything into a carry on-it sounds impossible (especially talking from a serial over-packer) but trust me, it can be done.

I've partnered with Banana Republic to show you my favourite pieces from their new collection, why I'm taking them away with me on my long weekend and most importantly how I'm wearing them.

I think the most important trick to packing is to pack things that are interchangeable. For example a crisp white shirt linen which can be worn tucked into a pair of linen trousers, worn open over a swimsuit or tied up at the waist and worn with a floral maxi.

That being said these Banana Republic polka dot trousers will be great for a day to night scenario. They're a really cool straight leg and slightly cropped on the bottom which is key for me when shopping for trousers. They're really light and machine washable-bonus! Day time I'll be keeping it simple with a crisp white tee (A staple in any suitcase) and a pair of simple white trainers. Come evening, I'll be pairing the trousers with a strappy cami and a heeled sandal.

The trick with interchangeable outfits is to pack your staples and make sure you're getting at least 2/3 outfits out of each, that way you'll master the carry on!
